Tulla Stocker, Principal and President of Apex Environmental Consulting Services, Inc., brings over 16 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. She began her career in the Pacific Northwest managing one of the region’s largest asbestos abatement projects within an occupied high-rise tower, followed by the successful completion of a $3.5 million abatement project on a 20-story office building under demanding timelines.
Tulla’s extensive expertise and deep understanding of environmental regulations and project execution have helped establish Apex as a trusted and respected resource for environmental solutions. She plays a hands-on leadership role in the company, overseeing all contractual matters, project management, and site evaluations, ensuring each project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and the highest standard of service.
